Helen speaks about how her Dad cooked. He became the executive chef at Sheraton Landmark Hotel (revolving restaurant) on Robson Street and supported the building of the community centre by cooking for fundraisers. He was proud of his Greek heritage, and he had opportunities in Canada he would not have had in Greece.
