Terry Slack, long time Dunbar-Southlands resident, relates a story he heard from members of the McCleery family (original white settlers in the Dunbar Southlands area) that sheds light on why the Celtic Cannery (pronounced with a soft "C") may have changed its name from Keltic Cannery. Note: the story of the Cannery is unverified.
